The parish of Guayllabamba is located 25 km north of the city of Quito, the capital of Ecuador. With a dry subtropical climate, it is a land rich in biodiversity of flora and fauna. It is considered a pioneer land for avocado cultivation. This fruit is characterized by a high percentage of fat. It is very energetic and its use is recommended at the end of meals.
